Meeting Sherri Hill

I was so incredibly fortunate that I had the chance to meet the one and only Sherri Hill! As you all can imagine it was a big deal not only to me but to my fellow title holders, Miss Oklahoma USA as well as Miss and Teen title holders from Arkansasa! So glad we got the opportunity to meet her!

Health tips!

Water!  I personally think water is the easiest and one of the best things you can do for your body!  It flushes out all those toxins, keeps your electrolytes functioning properly and it keeps your skin hydrated.  Also, did you know by replacing pop with water you can lose up to 8 pounds in two weeks?  I know all you ladies will love that "fun fact"!  Another awesome beauty reason is it keeps you from getting hang nails!  Which I'm pretty positive none of you gals want.(it ain't cute;)
Now, here's four quick tips on how to get your eight glasses of water everyday!
1.  Instead of coffee in the morning drink two ice cold glasses of water. Your avoiding all those calories and they wake you up just as much!
2.  Every meal have at least one glass of water.  This can also cause you to fill up fast, which in turn will cause you to eat less!
3.  Get a reusable bottle and drink from it during the day.
4.  Drink one glass right before bed.
